Alive, a week later

Due to the rarity of opportunities to blog, it is now one week and many miles away.
The trip out was made oh so much more excellent due to a airport beers -

as well a free upgrade to the front cabin. So I arrived well slept; Scooter consumed much port.

Met Dan at the airport in Amsterdam; put bikes together, spent the next few days biking around Amsterdam and Holland in one day of sun and many days of rain.

Cheap French Internet computers do not have image editors, sorry...

Anyway, we finally tired of being pounded by North Sea storms, and trained down to Nice. Biked through Cannes yesterday, and heading up to the hills today.

it was nice while it was in one piece. hopefully all the camping gear stuffed in there afterwards will cushion the ride...

Welcome to my (new) Blog

bigger and better... this time around, it is just under four weeks in Europe, bicycling around with Scooter and Danger. it is now 5am the day I leave; the bike is jammed into a shipping box, no doubt to be bent beyond recognition en route to Amsterdam.
